If you have received any damaged or faulty item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete, please let us know as soon as possible and we will rectify the situation.
All items are carefully packed and we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. When you are buying a ring, please check the right size using the chart on our store. If you have doubts on this regard, contact us. Pleas note that we don’t change rings because of a mistaken size or wrong information provided.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, any product can be sent back for an exchange within the 14 days returns and exchange period (which starts the day after you receive your order). Before sending back the products please email us to notify your return request. Any returned item must be sent back in the same perfect, saleable condition in which it was received. However please note that any postage costs incurred in an exchange are at the customer’s cost.
